Job summary

Online Labels Group is seeking a Flexographic Press Operator to run 4 to 10 color flexographic printing jobs and produce labels that meet customer proofs and color standards. The role requires following quality procedures, caring for equipment, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace on a production floor.

Candidate should have 1+ year of flexographic printing experience, strong attention to detail, and solid communication with team members.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Flexographic Printing experience.
• Detailed-oriented and able to follow standard work instructions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Effective communication with coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Run 4 to 10 color jobs including process and spot color printing.
• Produce labels that match customer signed proofs and color standards.
• Follow established quality management system procedures.
• Communicate job-specific information or changes to the supervisor in a timely manner to minimize production downtime.
• Complete quality documents to ensure adherence to procedures.
• Inspect and clean press parts regularly and report a need for repairs/maintenance.
• Adhere to all established safety practices.
• Maintain a clean work area.

Overview:

The Flexographic Press Operator operates a flexographic printing press to produce high-quality labels that meet the production schedule and customer requirements.

Experience Requirements:

At least 1+ year of Flexographic Printing experience.

Shift Available:

Monday-Thursday 4:00pm-2:30am.

Training Shift:

TBD.

Pay:

Based on experience.

Physical Demands:

• The employee is regularly required to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions involving hands, wrists, and arms.

• The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds regularly, with or without assistance.
