Job summary

Online Labels Group in Sanford, FL is hiring a Label Inspector, an entry-level role in our warehouse to inspect, cut, and quality check printed labels per work orders. No experience? We train the right candidates!

You will operate rewind inspection equipment, maintain safety, and follow QA procedures. This position offers training, benefits, and a stable night shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform rewinder operations by following job jacket instructions to produce finished labels.
• Ensure rewind machine operates efficiently and produces quality products.
• Set up rewind machine to cut/rewind per customer order counts.
• Perform timely changeovers as required.
• Inspect and clean equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Follow QA procedures and complete quality documents.
• Adhere to company policies and operating procedures.
• Safely perform all essential job functions as assigned.

Overview

The Label Inspector is a great entry level position to learn about the print industry in a warehouse setting! You will be working on a Inspection machine inspect, cut, and quality check printed labels based on work order specifications. No experience with Inspection or machinery? No problem! We are willing to train the right candidates!

Shift Available

Monday-Thursday 4:00pm-2:30am.

Training Shift

What You'll Do

• Effectively perform rewinder operations - converting post-press product into finished product by following job jacket instructions.
• Responsible for ensuring the rewind machine is operating efficiently and producing product that conforms to our high-quality standards.
• Accurately setup rewind machine to cut and rewind specific counts per customer order.
• Performance of changeover on time.
• Inspect and clean equipment regularly and report a need for repairs/maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Follow established quality management system procedures.
• Complete quality documents to ensure adherence to procedures.
• Safely and efficiently perform all essential job functions in accordance with company policies and operating procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
