The Production Associate performs duties according to the established Best Practices of ESGW. Responsibilities include processing donations, sorting and preparing merchandise for sale, replenishing stock, and assisting guests and donors. Must be cross-trained to assist in all aspects of production as directed.

Minimum Requirements

1. Ability to work with people having different abilities.
2. Ability to perform repetitive tasks independently.
3. Knowledge of current trends (helpful).
4. Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and carry throughout the shift.
5. Use of hands for grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine manipulation.
6. Tolerance to temperature and humidity changes.
7. Ability to move independently within the facility and community.
8. Must be physically and mentally capable of performing all job duties.
9. Completion of a background check is required; having criminal convictions does not automatically disqualify applicants.
