Re:Build Manufacturing seeks a Production Associate to join our assembly team in a fast-paced environment. You will assemble components to exact specs, support inspections, and help maintain a clean, safe workspace with strong attendance and punctuality.

Wage starts at $19.00 per hour, with full-time benefits including vacation, sick time, and holidays. Schedule is Monday–Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with possible Friday overtime to meet production demands.

Who we are looking for

We are seeking a detail-oriented, dependable Production Associate to join our assembly team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling complex components and systems in accordance with precise specifications, drawings, and quality standards. You will play a key role in ensuring our builds meet strict quality and performance requirements, contributing to our reputation for excellence and reliability. Primary work schedule is Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Overtime may be scheduled on Fridays as needed to support production demands. Production Associates work as part of a team. Strong attendance and punctuality are essential for this role.

Employees are eligible to participate in our competitive benefits package on the first of the month following their date of hire. Full-time employees receive company-paid vacation time, sick time, and holidays. Wages start at $19.00 per hour.
