Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Jaffrey, NH to bring on General Production Associates. This is a full‑time, long‑term opportunity with a great schedule and consistent overtime potential.

Position: General Production Associate. Pay Range: $17–$18/HR. Location: Jaffrey, NH. Schedule: Mon–Thu 6:00 AM–4:00 PM; OT on Fridays available.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 30–50 lbs as needed.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Team‑oriented with a good work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machines and monitor performance.
• Load materials and keep machines running efficiently.
• Package finished products and prepare for shipment.
• Perform basic quality checks to ensure product standards.
