Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is assisting a well-established manufacturer in Bow, NH, to hire Production Associates. This direct hire opportunity offers stable hours, excellent benefits, and a path for growth. Pay starts at $19.00–$20.00/hour with a Monday–Friday 6:00 AM–2:30 PM schedule.

Responsibilities include material handling, quality checks, and supporting a safe, efficient production environment. First-shift, weekends off, and opportunities for pay increases based on performance after 90 days are

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Comfortable standing and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work on concrete floors and in varying temperatures.
• Able to pass a pre-employment physical.
• Forklift and/or overhead crane experience is a plus.

Our client, a well-established manufacturer in Bow, NH, is seeking reliable Production Associates to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity offering stable hours, excellent benefits, and long-term growth potential. Employees are eligible for a 90-day performance evaluation with the opportunity to earn an increase in pay based on performance.

Location: Bow, NH

Pay: $19.00-$20.00/hour to start

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM

• Load raw materials and assist with production operations
