Job summary

EZ Promotion & Apparel is seeking a reliable Production Worker to support daily production across heat pressing, kitting, shipping, and embroidery finishing. This hands-on, fast-paced role requires motivation, consistency, and the ability to maintain momentum throughout the day.

Responsibilities include operating heat presses, assembling orders, preparing shipments, counting inventory, and ensuring cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail (quality matters here).
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to learn new processes.
• Prior experience in production, warehouse, or printing is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate heat press equipment to apply transfers and other graphics to apparel and promotional products.
• Kit and assemble orders accurately according to packing slips and job tickets.
• Prepare shipments including packing, labeling, and coordinating with carriers.
• Count and verify inventory; assist with regular inventory checks and restocking.
• Trim jump stitches and backing from embroidered products to ensure clean, finished results.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety procedures.
• Communicate with the production team to meet deadlines and flag any issues.
• Assist with other production tasks as needed.

We are looking for a reliable, detail oriented Production Worker to join our team. This role is hands on and fast paced, supporting daily production across multiple processes including heat pressing, kitting, shipping, and embroidery finishing. Much of the work is repetitive in nature, so we need someone who can stay motivated, maintain consistency, and keep momentum throughout the day.
