Job summary

Our client, a leading electrical component manufacturer, seeks a Production Associate in Fort Payne, AL. The role emphasizes quality, safety, and process discipline with the drive to troubleshoot and improve daily operations.

Pay is $16.00 per hour with a Monday-Thursday 5:00 AM–3:30 PM shift. Responsibilities include installations and ramp-ups to support production readiness, data gathering and analysis, repair and retest, overseeing machine control systems, and resolving manufacturing-related

Qualifications

• 2 year vocational training plus up to 1 year experience in specialized processes, techniques, and systems used in a production environment.
• Basic knowledge of principles, procedures, work routines, and skills in the related field of work, gained through structured and focused vocational training.
• Ability to operate defined specialized machines and equipment, including basic CNC programming (e.g., setting parameters) to set up machines for production programs.
• Comfort working with automated line processing and controlling, or operating with a broader range of production machines in production lines.
• Willingness to follow standardized work routines and use available generic and/or work-specific guidelines and procedures.

Responsibilities
