Base Pay Range
$22.80/hr - $22.80/hr
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Produce components by assembling parts and subassemblies
- Position parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements
- Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and subassemblies
- Verify adequate materials and supplies are available to complete operations as needed
- Adjust machine as needed for changeovers, different functions, or other varying needs of production
- Spend 10 hours a day in a stationary position on the ergonomically enhanced client assembly line
- Clean and maintain work area and equipment, including tools
- Conduct quality control checks periodically and maintain quality standards
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment and show problem‑solving and multitasking skills
- Must be able to maintain a stationary position during a shift
- Must be able to position self to shift between upright and low stances
- Must be able to reach overhead as necessary to perform job functions
- Must be able to position self to maintain and operate machinery to perform job functions
- Must be able to move and transport up to 50 lbs unassisted
- Must be able to discern written and oral instructions and communicate fluently in English
- Must be able to exchange accurate information written and orally fluently in English
SUGGESTED EXPERIENCE
- 1 year production/manufacturing/assembly or other applicable experience
- High school diploma or GED
