Job summary

VEKA in Pennsylvania is seeking a Production Associate to support the extrusion operation. You will measure, cut, and visually inspect products, and assist extrusion operators on a rotating 12-hour shift (2-2-3-2). The role emphasizes safety, quality, and housekeeping.

Starting pay is $18.50 per hour plus shift differentials of $1.00 (3:00 pm - 7:00 pm) and $1.50 (7:00 pm - 7:00 am), with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment; prior experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to read a tape measure and operate basic hand tools.

VEKA, a leading member of the global VEKA group and the world's largest extruder of vinyl for the window and door industry, is seeking dedicated individuals to join our dynamic team.

As a Production Associate team member, you’ll be instrumental in supporting the production area and assisting extrusion operators. From measuring, cutting, and building wooden packaging units to visually inspecting for defects, you’ll be an integral part of the VEKA team. We work a rotating 12 hr. shift (2-2-3-2).

Starting salary: From $18.50 per hour plus shift differential:

• Additional $1.00/hr. from 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm
• Additional $1.50 between 7:00 pm - 7:00 am
