Job summary

VEKA South. is hiring an Electro-Mechanical Technician to install, maintain, repair electrical components of our industrial equipment in our Texas operation, Terrell area.

Starting salary is based on experience with shift differentials: +$1.00/hr 3:00 pm–7:00 pm and +$1.50/hr 7:00 pm–7:00 am, reflecting evening and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of national, state, and local electrical codes and regulations.
• Ability to read technical documents such as blueprints and schematics.
• Associate degree or journeyman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical equipment, parts, and control panels.
• Perform electrical troubleshooting.
• Perform mechanical repairs.
• Conduct testing and inspections.
• Make decisions based on technical documents.
• Work independently or as part of a team on various projects.

As the Electro-Mechanical Technician your main responsibilities are installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical components of our industrial equipment.

Starting salary: Based on experience plus shift differential

Additional $1.00/hr. from 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Additional $1.50/hr. between 7:00 pm - 7:00 am

Key Responsibilities:
