Job summary

Staffmark Group in Fernley, NV is seeking a Production Associate to operate machines, assemble parts, and pack goods for shipment. The role is hands-on with opportunities to learn and grow, with a schedule Monday through Saturday from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm and a pay rate of $17.00 to $30.00 per hour.

You will follow safety protocols, work with steel fabrication tasks as needed, and join a team focused on quality, reliability, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay Rate: $17.00 - $30.00 per hour

Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
  • Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
