Location: Fernley, NV
Pay Rate: $17.00 – $30.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Saturday | 6 am to 4:30 pm

Job Duties

  • Steel Fabrication: Cut, fit, and weld steel components to build structural joists and deck products.
  • Tool Operation: Safely use heavy industrial power tools, including grinders, cutting torches, and drills.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow strict safety protocols as the primary priority on the production floor.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Work full-time hours, including potential overtime, weekends, and multiple shifts to meet production goals.

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

  • Ability to work safely in manufacturing and production environments.
  • Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality.
  • Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required.
  • Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.
  • Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.
  • Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Production Associate.

Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
  • Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
