What You Will Do
As a Production Associate you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
Steel Fabrication: Cut, fit, and weld steel components to build structural joists and deck products. Tool Operation: Safely use heavy industrial power tools, including grinders, cutting torches, and drills. Safety Compliance: Follow strict safety protocols as the primary priority on the production floor. Schedule Flexibility: Work full-time hours, including potential overtime, weekends, and multiple shifts to meet production goals.
