Job Description:

We are looking for reliable and positive Production Associates to produce high-quality prints on garments in a light industrial environment. Other responsibilities include workspace maintenance and safety protocols, teamwork, and flexibility to cross-train as needed.

What You’ll Do:

We continually hire for this role throughout the year and depending on business needs, will have openings in the following departments:

Direct to Garment (DTG)

• Printer Setup: Prepare DTG printers for each job, including selecting and loading the appropriate garment.
• Design Loading: Upload and print garment files directly onto a garment
• Monitoring Print Jobs: Supervise the printing process to detect and address any issues in real-time, such as misalignment or color discrepancies.
• Routine Maintenance: Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of the printer to ensure high-quality output and prevent downtime.

Direct to Film (DTF)

• Film Preparation: Prepare and load transfer films into the DTF printer, ensuring they are clean and correctly aligned.
• Printing Operation: Execute print jobs by operating DTF printers, monitoring for consistent quality and color accuracy.
• Transfer Process Management: Perform the application of heat and pressure during the transfer process, adjusting settings as necessary

Quality Control (QC)

• Product Inspection: Inspect printed garments and transfers for defects, ensuring they meet established quality standards.
• Fold and package products according to the production software directions
• Apply Finishing products to garments before shipment

Warehouse

• Various roles within warehouse in both receiving and picking inventory
• Tasks may include pulling, labeling, scanning, sorting and boxing inventory
• Store items in an orderly and accessible manner for other co-workers
• Maintain warehouse area in clean, safe and organized manner
• Transfers materials from warehouse to presses

Schedule Needs - Throughout the year, we have the following shifts available in the various departments. We will discuss current needs if invited for a phone screen.

• Mid-shift: 4:30pm to 1:00am Monday - Friday (5 days / 8 hours)
• A-shift: 6:00am - 4:30pm Sunday - Wednesday (4 days / 10 hours)
• B-shift: 6:00am - 4:30pm Wednesday - Saturday (4 days / 10 hours)
