Job Summary

The Production Associate is responsible for operating various types of production equipment, performing assembly operations, and packing tasks to support production. The role requires teamwork and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate production equipment and perform assembly and packing duties to meet production targets.
  • Inspect parts visually and manually for quality and accuracy.
  • Record production data, including good parts, scrap, and inventory information.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to follow established procedures and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of AITF16949 quality standards is a plus.
  • Manual dexterity for assembly, packing, and equipment operation.
  • Good communication skills for interacting with team members.
  • Basic computer skills, including data entry and operating touch screen panels.
  • Mathematical skills sufficient for job tasks.
