Position Overview

Primary Objective of the Position: Perform assigned production functions to consistently meet production standards and quality requirements.

The level for each Production Worker is determined by management based on proficiency and versatility across various functions while maintaining standards.

Responsibilities

This list highlights key duties but is not exhaustive:

• Receive direction from supervisor/team lead and communicate workload needs.
• Maintain an orderly work area in compliance with 5S standards.
• Follow all safety procedures and report safety concerns.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures and suggest improvements.
• Assist in other work areas as needed.
• Support teamwork and cooperation among co-workers.
• Complete all documentation accurately, including reports and timekeeping.
• Monitor tools and machinery, reporting malfunctions promptly.
• Ensure product quality standards are met, rejecting non-conforming products.
• Specific tasks include feeding sanders, assembling components, catching panels, working in HDF cell, and down piling rails off Cope.

Qualifications
