We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team. In this role, you will support the production process and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

• Rough Mill
• Saw & Chop Saw
• Machining
• Face Frame
• Sanding
• Build
• Finish / Paint
• Quality
• Shipping

Some Job Duties May Include:

• Operating various woodworking machines and/or heavy machinery
• Operating pneumatic tools such as a sander, drill, nail gun, etc.
• Reviewing customer orders and keeping orders organized while within assigned department.
• Ensuring quality assurance while operating within your department
• Operation of paint guns
• Applying finishes/paints when necessary
• Wipe staining
• Assembling wood cabinets and doors
• Loading and shipping the product to the consumer

Job Qualifications:

• Ability to be on your feet for 8+ hours per day
• Ability to use hands to handle the products continuously throughout the day
• Ability to proficiently read a tape measure
• Ability to regularly bend, stoop, kneel, and squat
• Frequently lift and carry up to 10 lbs, regularly up to 25 lbs, occasionally 50 to 100 lbs
• No prior work experience or education is required, but is a plus
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen
