Job summary

Weyerhaeuser's Evergreen Plant in Castleberry, AL seeks motivated applicants for several production positions. Starting rate is $18.00 per hour with increases after a 90-day probationary period.

Responsibilities include start-up and shut-down of equipment, assisting on the production line, keeping areas clean, loading materials, lubricating machinery, and following safety rules. Two years of manufacturing experience and a high school diploma or GED are requested.

Qualifications

• Two years of manufacturing or industrial experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to work day or night shifts, weekends/holidays.
• Ability to wear all required PPE.
• Ability to work in extreme heat and cold.
• Team oriented.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Able to pass pre-employment testing, background check and drug screen.

This facility's primary products are TJI Joists and Microllam Laminated Veneer Lumber for beam and header applications.Starting rate will be $18.00 per hour. Increases will occur after successfully completing a 90-day probationary period.
