Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Properly identify and handle off-quality package supplies and products.
2. Determine and set the code date and lot code accurately.
3. Perform quality checks on packaging and respond promptly to issues.
4. Load, operate, and adjust labeling machines.
5. Interpret tank inventories, valve, and pump settings to ensure correct product filling.
6. Operate the Thiele Line (35’s, twin pack, pails).
7. Operate the Drum / Tote Line (totes, reg-drum, lab-drums).
8. Operate the Pattyn Line.
9. Operate the Margarine Line (prints, tubes, cubes).
10. Perform batching as needed.
11. Complete all assignments safely and satisfactorily, maintaining good attendance.

Skills and Experience:

1. Experience in a production facility is preferred.
2. Basic math skills required.
3. Good verbal communication skills.
4. Ability to work any shift, any day.

Compensation:

Salary range: $21-$32 per hour. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
