Responsibilities

• Assist with disassembly and assembly of electric motors and related components.
• Perform coil winding and insulation work under supervision or independently based on experience.
• Clean, prepare, and stage parts for repair and rebuild processes.
• Operate shop equipment including grinders, presses, and hand tools.
• Conduct basic testing and inspections to ensure product quality and performance.
• Read and follow work instructions, job travelers, and safety procedures accurately.
• Meet daily production and output goals to support workflow efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment.
• Provide support to shipping, material handling, and other departments as needed.
