• Perform daily inspections of the vehicle to maintain good operating condition.
• Plan daily routing based on assigned pick-ups and ensure all calls are made.

Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the security and safe operation of the vehicle and other assigned equipment.
2. Properly report to immediate supervisor all accidents involving the truck, personal injury, or property damage and complete all necessary paperwork.
3. Perform daily walk-around inspection of the vehicle, checking air, water, oil, and other items to maintain equipment in good operating condition.
4. Report any problems immediately to the supervisor.
5. Ensure truck cab and box are clean and personal items are removed daily.
6. Plan daily routing based on pick-up assigned and make all calls scheduled including boxes.
