Job summary

The AZEK Company in Scranton, PA is seeking an extrusion operator assistant to help run extrusion equipment in a 24/7 manufacturing environment. You will contribute to safe, efficient production and ensure product quality, with opportunities for growth.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of experience, basic math and computer skills, and proficiency in reading, writing and understanding English. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is offered with this position.

Responsibilities

• Assist extrusion operator and monitor quality checks to ensure product specifications.
• Support safe operation and comply with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
• Assist with packaging, pallet placement, and maintaining production area cleanliness.
• Complete production reports and necessary quality paperwork.
• Communicate issues to supervisors and team leaders as needed.
