Job summary

Times Microwave Systems is seeking candidates with manufacturing and MRP experience to manage work orders and inventory for production lines. You will transact reports, perform cycle counts, and support supervisors with in-process jobs.

Responsibilities include entering scrap, coordinating with Sales on orders, and using Oracle to monitor materials and maintain accuracy across the plant.

Qualifications

• Two- or four-year technical degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing environment.
• MRP experience, preferably Oracle.

• Assist Supervisors with productions jobs in process
• Enter scrap from various reports
• Work directly with Sales regarding new and existing orders
• Run reports through Oracle to monitor material inventories
• Utilization of MRP systems to obtain, monitor and order materials as needed
• Ability to move about the plant to count inventory and adjust the system accordingly to maintain accuracy
• Order materials for upcoming jobs, as well as help expedite jobs needed daily
• All other duties from either written or verbally given from supervisor
