Responsibilities

• Assist production supervisors with daily manufacturing operations.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure work orders are released on time.
• Track production progress and update manufacturing reports.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Coordinate materials availability with warehouse and inventory teams.
• Support work order creation, closure, and status tracking in ERP/MES systems.
• Assist with production planning and capacity tracking.
• Monitor labor utilization and production efficiency.
• Escalate material shortages, equipment issues, or production delays to supervisors.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing activities.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards, safety procedures, and manufacturing processes.
• Assist with engineering change orders (ECOs) and document updates.
• Coordinate communication between production, quality assurance, engineering, and customer service teams.
