Role Description

The Production Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in New Hyde Park, NY. This role supports day-to-day production activities, including coordinating sample and bulk garment flow, preparing styles for fittings, and organizing materials, trims, and finished products. The Production Assistant helps monitor production schedules, communicates with internal teams and external partners, and ensures accurate documentation of orders, specifications, and status updates. Daily responsibilities also include assisting with quality checks, resolving minor production issues, and preparing reports or updates for management. The role may involve direct interaction with customers or retail partners to address product-related inquiries and support a smooth production-to-delivery process.
