Job summary

Aventure Staffing is seeking a Machine Operator for a local manufacturing facility in Sheldon, IA. The role involves operating feed manufacturing equipment, ensuring quality, and maintaining safety standards.

You will work Mon-Fri on day or night shifts, with pay starting at $18+ per hour depending on experience. Benefits include weekly pay and direct deposit options, plus holidays and PTO accrual.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills, good communication and math skills.
• Mechanical aptitude; forklift operation ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate feed manufacturing equipment, baggers, sewing machines, and forklifts.
• Mix and prepare livestock feed accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor product quality during ingredient receiving, production, and load-out.
• Record and document production throughout your shift.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Assist with inventory, equipment maintenance, and general facility upkeep.
• Follow company policies and maintain a safe work environment.

A local manufacturing facility in the Sheldon, IA area is looking for a Machine Operator to join their team. In this role, you will operate equipment to manufacture and package feed products while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate feed manufacturing equipment, baggers, sewing machines, and forklifts
• Mix and prepare livestock feed accurately and efficiently

Requirements
