L&M Corrugated is seeking a Production Assistant to support the day-to-day needs of our production operation. Working closely with the Plant Manager, you'll help track performance, prepare production information, support purchasing and inventory needs, and keep important operational details moving.
This is a hands-on support role for someone who is comfortable working with data, communicating across teams, and spending time both at a computer and on the production floor. You'll have the opportunity to learn how the plant operates while helping make our processes more organized, accurate, and efficient.
As a Production Assistant, you'll work closely with the Plant Manager and production team to support reporting, purchasing, inventory, communication, and the day-to-day details that help keep operations running smoothly.
At L&M Corrugated, the Production Assistant plays an important behind-the-scenes role in keeping our plant organized, informed, and ready to operate. You'll help make sure leaders have the information they need, supplies are available when they're needed, and important details don't fall through the cracks.
This position offers broad exposure to production operations and the opportunity to build experience in reporting, materials and inventory, purchasing, process improvement, and plant coordination.
