Puff Media is seeking a sharp, fast-moving Production Assistant to support our livestreams, events, and content shoots. You’ll be our go-to technical operator, setting up and breaking down gear, from cameras and mics to lighting rigs and streaming setups. If you love being behind the scenes, making sure everything runs flawlessly, this is your moment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and manage production equipment including cameras, audio (lavs, boom mics, interfaces), and lighting for livestreams, shoots, and on-site events.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in real time, especially under tight timelines.
• Tear down, pack, and safely store gear post-production.

Production Support

• Assist during livestreams and recordings with monitoring feeds, switching angles, or managing audio levels.
• Run tests and checks before every shoot or stream to ensure high production value.
• Maintain backup gear, batteries, and cable organization.

Equipment Management

• Maintain studio gear inventory and condition.
• Keep wires, stands, mounts, and rigging clean and labeled.
• Recommend improvements or purchases to enhance workflow and quality.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on production or AV experience.
• Full working knowledge of DSLR/mirrorless cameras, continuous lighting kits, audio interfaces, microphones, and streaming tools (e.g., OBS, Streamlabs, Blackmagic ATEM Mini).
• Must be comfortable working quickly and autonomously with tight turnarounds.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be physically able to lift, move, and set up gear.
• Familiar with multi-cam setups or live-switching gear.
• Passion for content creation, streaming, or tech/media workflows.
• Experience with livestreaming platforms (TikTok LIVE is preferred).
