What You'll Do

• As a Production Assistant, you'll support the Residential Production Manager and wider team with key administrative and communication tasks, ensuring projects stay organized and on schedule.
• Coordinate job documentation, including permit requests and warranty creation
• Schedule and confirm final walkthroughs with customers and internal staff
• Manage spreadsheets to track job status, schedules, and documentation
• Maintain clear and professional communication with homeowners via email, phone, and mail
• Perform daily office tasks such as filing, data entry, and task follow-ups
• Use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) to support ongoing projects
• Operate standard office equipment (copiers, scanners, phones, etc.)
• Anticipate team needs to support smooth project delivery and day-to-day workflows
• Jump in to support other admin functions as needed

• Experience in an office, admin, or production support role (preferred but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
