Wild Card Creative Group is seeking an entry-level Production Assistant to support the Office Manager and multiple departments in Culver City, CA. Primary duties include front desk support, mail and supplies, event coordination, and coordinating with remote/freelance staff.
The role requires a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and strong communication. Office presence is required five days a week in a fast-paced post-production environment.

Purpose
The Production Assistant plays an essential role in the administrative processes that ensures the successful implementation of the overall vision of the company. This entry-level role will have varying office hours. Routine office duties include assisting with answering telephones, filing and distributing paperwork; data entry, research, arranging meals, processing receipts, photocopying, general office administration and employee equipment deliveries. The Production Assistant is responsible for ensuring equipment arrives on time to and from remote employees and/or freelancer residences via their personal vehicle. They report directly to the Office Manager but touches every department, so a presentable appearance as well as professional demeanor is required. Those that excel in this field possess an entrepreneurial spirit, keen sense of organization and attention to detail. This person must work in our office everyday (Monday-Friday).
