The Chocolat Bar in Boise is seeking a Full-time Production Assistant to join our chocolatier team. This hands-on role supports chocolate production, packaging, and general production area upkeep. You should be reliable, motivated, and ready to learn in a fast-paced environment.

No prior chocolate making experience is required; you will be trained. Overtime and a five-day workweek (Monday–Friday) may be needed to meet production demands. Transportation to our Boise factory is expected.

The Chocolat Bar is looking for a Full-time Production Assistant (40 hours/week) to join our chocolatier team at our Boise factory. This hands-on role will assist in creating artisan chocolate and related products. Reliable transportation/ability to walk to work is a must. This position does not require chocolate making experience. If you are a motivated, hardworking, and passionate learner, we encourage you to apply.

Must have:

• Ability to follow Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety protocols
• Flexible schedule with ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities
• Desire to work five days a week (Monday through Friday)
• Overtime (Saturdays and/or Sundays) may be required to meet production demands
