Job summary

Magnatag Inc. in Macedon, NY is seeking a Production Associate to join our manufacturing team.

This full-time, non-exempt role supports production operations on the floor, using hand tools, power tools, and small presses to assemble components to exacting standards. You will work Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm in an air-conditioned facility, with benefits including PTO, health/dental/vision insurance, and a 401k with company match.

Qualifications

• Standing/sitting/bending and lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Dependable and detail-oriented with focus on quality.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Willingness to learn and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with various tasks on the production floor.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and small presses.
• Assemble product components and perform sub-assembly work.
• Ensure items are properly assembled, labeled, packaged, and prepared for shipping.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
