Job summary

True Manufacturing is seeking production team members to perform a variety of assembly and production tasks on parts and materials. Workers must stand for long periods on a cement floor and use pneumatic tools, with overhead lifting and repetitive hand motions.

Responsibilities include lifting up to 50 pounds, operating presses and machinery, assembling parts, cleaning finished products, and maintaining safety gear and procedures on site. Overtime may be required at the company's discretion.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and understand instructions and possess basic arithmetic skills.
• Must be able to work efficiently and repetitively with hands and have physical strength, stamina and coordination to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Lift and move materials and parts weighing up to 50 pounds as needed for production.
• Operate presses and other large machinery.
• Assemble parts using hand tools such as air guns, power drills and screwdrivers.
• Handle and manipulate sheet metal parts.
• Perform production tasks with repetitive hand movements.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
