Job summary

Kelly is seeking an Assembly Worker — Temporary Project in Macedonia to help fulfill a large order. The role runs Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 4:00pm, for a 1-2 month contract with potential for longer-term employment based on performance.

You will read work orders and drawings, assemble components, and ensure quality to meet deadlines. Responsibilities include measuring parts with a ruler, verifying materials, and performing initial connector testing while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Able to read a ruler accurately.
• Able to identify colors.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Able to follow instructions and drawings with precision.
• Willingness to work 10‑hour shifts, Mon‑Fri.
• Reliable with good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to work order, drawings, and quality requirements.
• Verify cables, wires, and parts against bill of material and drawing specs.
• Read ruler accurately and measure cable/wire lengths.
• Build assemblies per instructions and quality specifications.
• Perform first piece connector assembly testing for electrical continuity.
• Inspect crimps and solders for visual quality.
• Meet build standards and deadlines.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety requirements.
