Job summary

Arrow Staffing is seeking a Manufacturing Assembly Technician for a precision manufacturing company producing filtration components used in aerospace, aviation, defense, and other high-performance applications.

This is a hands-on production role for someone with strong attention to detail who is comfortable assembling small precision parts, packaging finished products, cleaning components, and supporting brazing-related processes.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, brazing, or quality inspection experience preferred.
• Comfortable working with small parts and performing detailed, repetitive work.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, medical device, filtration, or other related precision manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Assemble small, precision components according to work instructions and quality standards.
• Prepare, clean, and inspect parts prior to and after assembly.
• Support brazing and induction-brazing processes as trained.
• Package finished components carefully to prevent damage and ensure order accuracy.
• Handle materials and parts with care to maintain cleanliness and product integrity.
• Complete basic visual inspections and report defects, discrepancies, or damaged parts.
• Follow production schedules, safety requirements, and established manufacturing procedures.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
• Assist with other production and assembly duties as needed.

Pay: Starting at $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time | M -F: 7 AM -3:30 PM
