Job summary

ABB is seeking a production team lead for the New Berlin, WI site. You will drive assembly operations, ensure on-time execution, and optimize resource use to meet volume targets. This role emphasizes adherence to safety, quality, and cost controls while coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders.

You will supervise daily production plans, resolve issues promptly, and contribute to continuous improvements across the line. A strong background in manufacturing and scheduling is required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma plus 2+ years of experience in production or manufacturing.
  • Experience coordinating with internal stakeholders to execute orders.
  • Ability to identify deficiencies and implement improvement actions.
