Job summary

ABB Drive Products seeks an experienced supply chain professional to lead purchasing and logistics strategies from New Berlin, WI. You will drive cost, quality, and delivery improvements while leveraging SAP Ariba and related tools.

The role requires 5+ years in procurement/operations within electronics or EMS, strong leadership, and deep supplier collaboration skills. Domestic travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering or related field and 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, procurement, planning and/or operational excellence in electronics/EMS.
• Demonstrated track record of team leadership or mentorship.
• Excellent relationship management and collaboration with suppliers, engineers and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to execute purchasing and logistics strategies that optimize costs, quality, and supplier reliability.
• Ensure full utilization of the SAP Ariba platform and manage supplier information sharing.
• Plan and track procurement activities, cost budgets, and savings forecasts; ensure material availability for daily manufacturing.
