Idaho Western Inc. in Nampa, Idaho is seeking a Production Assembly Specialist to build and assemble products to customer specifications using hand tools and production equipment.

You will start with a guaranteed $20/hour training rate for 45 days while you learn the job, equipment, quality standards, and production processes. After training, you’ll transition to an $18+/hour base rate, based on experience, plus production incentive, with potential to earn $20+/hour based on performance.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Learn multiple jobs and processes through cross-training.
• Follow established safety and quality standards.

You'll start with a guaranteed $20/hour training rate for your first 45 days while you learn the job, equipment, quality standards, and production processes. After training, you'll transition to an $18+/hr base rate, based on experience, plus production incentive, giving you the opportunity to earn $20+/hour based on performance. Have previous manufacturing experience? Your base rate after training may be higher based on your skills and experience.
