UFP Industries in Nampa, Idaho is hiring a Production Assembly Specialist. You will join a hands-on manufacturing team, starting with a guaranteed $20/hour training rate for the first 45 days while learning equipment, quality standards, and processes.

After training, you move to an $18+/hour base, plus a production incentive. Depending on performance and experience, your earnings can reach $20+/hour. You’ll build products to specs, operate tools, and contribute to safe, efficient production.
