Job summary

UFP Industries, Inc in Nampa, Idaho is seeking a Production Assembly Specialist to join our hands-on manufacturing team. You’ll start with a guaranteed $20/hour training rate for 45 days while you learn the job, tools, quality standards, and production processes.

After training, you’ll transition to an $18+/hour base rate, based on experience, plus a production incentive. You’ll work with a team to build quality products, operate tools and equipment, inspect finished work, follow instructions,

• Build and assemble products to customer specifications.
• Operate hand tools, production equipment, and machinery.
• Measure, inspect, and verify your work for quality.
• Read and follow work instructions and production requirements.

• Identify issues and help keep production moving.
