Job summary

Safariland is seeking production team members for line assembly operations to mass‑produce products in a safe, efficient manner. You will work across multiple stations, assemble and label items, and assist Quality Control to ensure quality and on‑time shipping.

Responsibilities include verifying sales orders, applying logos and serial numbers, performing steel cuts with band saws, supporting composite layup, and assisting with fabric cutting. A strong safety mindset and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Two to three years related experience or training, or equivalent education.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.

Responsibilities

• Work at different workstations as production needs require.
• Assemble and label products for stock as needed.
• Assist Quality Control in production.
• Verify sales order to assembled parts and/or finished product.
• Adhere logos and serial numbers on products.
• Steel cutting with band saw or other shop equipment.
• Composite layup and fabric cutting support.
• Observe safety regulations and keep production area clean.
• Participate in kaizen for productivity and quality improvements.
