Job summary

The Safariland Group is seeking a production associate to mix and assemble products per Work Order requirements. You will maintain a clean, safe work center and gain skills to operate area tools and equipment, including protective gear usage.

We value reliability,Attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot. A HS diploma or GED is preferred but not required, and prior chemical-handling experience is a plus. This is a full-time on-site role with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• One (1) year experience working with chemicals preferred
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Troubleshooting and problem resolution abilities
• Organizational skills and great attention to detail
• Self-motivated
• Good attendance is extremely important

Responsibilities

• Mix and/or assemble product based on Work Order requirements
• Maintain a clean and safe work center
• Work with chemical handling and mixing
• Assemble product in a timely and cost effective manner
• Obtain skills needed to operate applicable tools and equipment in area assigned
• Safety protective suit and respirator usage
• Report all safety related problems to the Production Supervisor of area
• Maintain area and equipment as assigned
• Adhere to all applicable procedures and instructions
• Report directly to the Production Supervisor of area assigned
