Global Point Technology Group in Indiana is seeking a production worker to prepare components and PCBs for assembly and to follow written and verbal instructions precisely. This role involves assembling subassemblies and ensuring parts are ready for final product use.

You will operate hand tools, review assembly prints, and perform basic soldering as needed while maintaining quality and efficiency. The position requires good manual dexterity, the ability to read instructions, and reliable

Responsibilities

• Prepare components and printed circuit boards (PCBs) for assembly.
• Insert components and assemble subassemblies.
• Prepare metal parts for use in finished product.
• Follow written and verbal instructions, drawings, and work procedures.
• Accountable for quality, quantity, and inspection of work performed.
• Perform basic soldering as needed.
• Track incoming and outgoing materials using computer files or other systems.
• Pack finished products for shipment using the proper materials and procedures.

JOB PURPOSE

To perform any and/or all functions of production, fabrication or shipping operations in accordance with verbal and written instructions and drawings.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY SUMMARY

• Prepare components and printed circuit boards (PCBs) for assembly
• Insert components and assemble subassemblies
• Prepare metal parts for use in finished product
• Follow written and verbal instructions, drawings, and work procedures
