Job summary

Means Engineering, Inc. is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Assembly Associates to join our manufacturing team. This hands-on role involves assembling precision components following instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.

You will work in a team to meet production goals, inspect parts for quality, maintain a clean work area, and report issues to the supervisor. Previous assembly experience is a plus but not required; we value reliability and a positive work ethic.

Qualifications

• Must have strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written instructions and procedures.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and speed.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity are essential.
• Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
