We are seeking a detail-oriented Entry Level Assembly Packerto join our production team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the manufacturing process by assembling small components and ensuring every product meets our high standards. No prior experience is required—we are looking for a dedicated individual with a positive attitude who is eager to learn and grow in a precision manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities Include
  • Precision Assembly: Hand-assemble small, intricate components according to specific guidelines.
  • Soldering: Perform basic soldering of products to ensure secure and functional connections.
  • Quality Inspection: Visually and technically inspect finished products to identify any defects or inconsistencies.
  • Technical Measurement: Utilize calipers and micrometers to verify that components meet exact dimensions.
  • Packaging: Securely package inspected products to prepare them for shipment to customers.

Compensation
