Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Production Assembly and Test Technician to assemble precision components and perform leak and functional testing in a climate-controlled production area. You will record data in the quality system and collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve issues and maintain tooling and records.

The role requires a high school diploma and experience in manufacturing, with the ability to lift up to 75 pounds and operate pneumatics, calipers, and torque

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in manufacturing or production environments.
• Experience assembling precision mechanical components using drawings and work instructions.
• Familiarity with pneumatic tools, torque wrenches, calipers, and common hand tools.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly.
• Basic computer skills for entering production data.

Responsibilities

• Inspect components and clean/inspect before assembly to ensure no contamination.
• Assemble back pressure regulators, subassemblies, and accessories per drawings and instructions.
• Perform functional and leak testing to verify product performance.
• Record assembly, inspection, and test data in Equilibar's online quality system.
• Maintain tools, test equipment, and required records.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality to resolve issues.
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Assist with polishing, cleaning, and other production activities as needed.
• Support continuous improvement efforts to meet production goals.
