Job summary

Amerhart is hiring a Production Assembler for its Sheboygan Falls facility. The role involves manual operation of machinery to produce slatwall and related products, following orders, and ensuring quality and safety on the line.

The position starts at $22.50/hour with shifts 7am-5pm Monday through Thursday; OT on Fridays if needed. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years production experience preferred.
• Ability to operate machines and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machinery to manufacture products (e.g., lamination, panel saw, edge bander, CNCs).
• Follow production orders and adjust machine settings as needed.
• Inspect products for defects and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• May operate forklift and perform daily inspections.
• Support teamwork and safety-oriented processes on shift.
