You’ll use hand and power tools, operate production machinery, and collaborate with teammates to meet daily targets. The position is onsite, temporary/contract, with relocation support and sign-on bonuses where eligible.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is beneficial.
• Reliable transportation (there is no public transportation available).
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and push or pull up to 100 pounds.
• Comfortable standing, bending, twisting, kneeling, and reaching regularly.
• Willingness to work overtime when production demands require it.

Job Title: Production Assembler

Job Location: Roseau, MN - This is a relocation opportunity!

Compensation: $21.38-$22.68 per hour | Earn up to $26.54 per hour, based on verified experience!

Schedule: First Shift | Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PMSecond Shift | Monday through Thursday, 3:45 PM to 1:45 AMRotating 12-Hour Shifts | 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:00 AMSign-on bonus: Up to $5,000 for eligible candidates

Please Read Before Applying | This position is located onsite in Roseau, Minnesota, in the far northwest corner of the state, roughly 5 hours north of Minneapolis-St. Paul and about 1 hour from the Canadian border. This is a relocation opportunity, not a remote, hybrid, or local role. To succeed, you must be willing to relocate to the Roseau area and report onsite for your assigned shift.
