Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Production Assembler for an onsite role in Roseau, MN. You will assemble vehicle components on a production line, perform quality inspections, and use hand and power tools to support manufacturing goals.

Relocation assistance and temporary housing are provided to help you settle in, with weekly pay and safety-focused, fast-paced environment. This is a temporary/contract position with potential for expansion based on performance.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is beneficial.
• Reliable transportation (there is no public transportation available).
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and push or pull up to 100 pounds.
• Comfortable standing, bending, twisting, kneeling, and reaching regularly.
• Willingness to work overtime when production demands require it.

Schedule

• First Shift | Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• Second Shift | Monday through Thursday, 3:45 PM to 1:45 AM
• Rotating 12-Hour Shifts | 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Sign-on bonus

Up to $5,000 for eligible candidates

This position is located onsite in Roseau, Minnesota, in the far northwest corner of the state, roughly 5 hours north of Minneapolis-St. Paul and about 1 hour from the Canadian border. This is a relocation opportunity, not a remote, hybrid, or local role. To succeed, you must be willing to relocate to the Roseau area and report onsite for your assigned shift.
