Requirements include 6 months of assembly experience, 18+ years old, and either a HS diploma/GED or NCRC or 3+ years manufacturing experience, with ability to work any shift and overtime. Starting pay is $27.79 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have at least one of the following: High School Diploma or GED, NCRC, or at least 3 years of manufacturing work experience.
• At least 6 months of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to perform manual tasks related to described job duties – standing, walking, bending, lifting, repetitive actions.
• Ability and willingness to work any shift and potential overtime (including weekends).

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts or components to specification.
• Read and comprehend work instructions and follow established procedures.
• Utilize manufacturing tools to record data and keep records for quality and maintenance.
• Check results for conformance to specifications and make necessary corrections.
• Operate power driven equipment such as forklifts and industrial trucks to move material, parts, and equipment.
• Use various types of tools and equipment to perform work – including hand and power tools, testing and runoff equipment, ladders, hoists, fixtures, jigs, and gages.
• Lubricate, check, and clean work equipment and tooling.
• Assist and support other team members.
• Clean work area and perform other miscellaneous duties inherent to the job.
